At VynoraShop, we want you and your pet to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be free of pet hair, odors, stains, or damage

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number

How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.

All approved returns must be sent to our designated United States return facility. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted, tracked, or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. The cost is always $0.00.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, VynoraShop will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Customer Remorse or Change of Mind

If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, ordered by mistake, or no longer need the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our US return facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Our team will review the case and work to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, the fastest solution is to return the original item following our return process and place a new order separately after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our US return facility, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that banks, credit card companies, and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return after receiving the package in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe of 8 to 15 business days, please contact us with your order number.

We will review the shipment status and, if necessary, open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If the shipment is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Please report missing orders within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
